I really like the idea I feel comofrtable enough investing in the programs directly, but it is still to get a step in all of them if one have unsufficient funds. looking forward for the progress

Reading the latest update this could be set in motion within the next few weeks. I agree, clifton, this could be the best of all worlds.

Thanks for your support guys

The latest:

I've noticed recently that general consensus regarding Reserve Funds seems to changing. Whereas previously a % kept aside as a Reserve was highly sought after, I feel that investors are beginning to prefer that most of the funds invested are utilised instead of sitting idle.

In an effort to generate more appealing returns, I am considering a form of delayed Reserves, such as having 0% to Reserves for the first 6 months, and thereafter starting the Reserve Fund and placing 10% aside into a Reserve Fund each month.

I feel this is a good possibility, especially as the opportunities included (Sensa Trust Listed) are more stabilised and tend to be of a higher calibre. Therefore I imagine the Risk could be low enough while the Pool is smaller, and at the same time 0% Reserve could allow for 70%-75% returns to Investors each month for the first 6 months.

Please vote and add any suggestions

This is the latest program structure:

Quote:
After much brain-storming and investors suggestions, we now have a more defined structure for the Sensa Trust Pool...

Sensa Trust Pool
  • Allocation of Returns
    • For the first 6 months, the monthly returns shall be divided as follows:
      • 75% - Investors;
        15% - Reinvestment;
        10% - Administration (Subject to change in future)
    • After 6 months have passed, the monthly returns shall be divided as follows:
      • 65% - Investors;
        15% - Reinvestment;
        10% - Administration (Subject to change in future)
        10% - Reserve Fund.
  • Minimum/Maximum Investments
    • Minimum is initially $100 (E-gold)
    • Every two (2) months the minimum will increase by $100
    • The minimum will be capped at $500 (Subject to change in future)
    • There is currently no maximum
  • Investments
    • Accounts are automatically compounded
    • Interest locked for 3 months after investment
    • Principal withdrawable after 6 months
  • Strategies
    • Invested funds to be balanced across Sensa Trust opportunities as they become available
    • Portfolio initially focusing on faster returning opportunities to speed growth
    • As funds allow, Portfolio becomes more diverse
    • Initially Members of Sensa Trust Pool receive email-based Reports of their Accounts

Unfortunately we are unsure of the ROI...several aspects will affect the returns such as the inclusion of different plans/opportunities and the size of the memberbase.

However we are aiming to maintain approximately 8% per month, compounded
As the Portfolio may take a little time to get to full steam, we hope investors will see the STP as a profitable, long-term investment

P.S Ya beat me to post the proposed structure

Just to clarify a couple of points:-
Quote:
Minimum/Maximum Investments
  • Minimum is initially $100 (E-gold)
  • Every two (2) months the minimum will increase by $100
  • The minimum will be capped at $500 (Subject to change in future)
Once a member purchases at the $100 minimum because he invested within the first two months does that mean he has to then deposit more after a two month period? Or, is that for new members who get in after the two months have passed who will then be required to deposit a minimum of $200?

Also, am I right in assuming that investments will only take place in Sensa Trust verified programs, none that aren`t?

No, there is no requirement to re-invest. As you mentioned, the increasing minimum is for initial investments at that particular time. For example, after 4 months new accounts must meet the $300 minimum.

Yes that is correct, only opportunities listed as verified by Sensa Trust will be included in the STP

Thanks for your queries...I have now set up a F.A.Q's thread to facilitate clarity

This really sounds good SoothSayeR! Sorry to have beaten you in posting the "Proposed Structure"; but I was on the HYIPReview forum and it caught my attention. This is another good program for long term growth. Do you have a launch date?
