I invested 80$ for now.
Since both of them have the same owner I feel that it is better to invest in alien.Becoz it is unlikely that he would shut down one and continue with the other one. |

they are moving to a new server now and maybe they will declare a surfing holiday today, just check the site frequently.

Good Morning
We wanted to contact everyone and let you know that our move to RackSpace has taken place but we're still finding some issues difficult to sort out. With all the added levels of security on the new system we have some session and postback irregularities that we need to track down and repair or reconfigure. So to alleviate this issue we've turned off the upgrade and surf buttons for now so that we can stop all further errors and do some damage control on what's already taken place. All accounts will be credited for the days you've missed surfing so please DO NOT contact us for these issues. The only tickets we will be accepting are for missed upgrades. If you upgraded during this transition time and your upgrade did not get posted then please by all means post a ticket and we'll get it fixed as soon as we get access to the admin section on the site. Right now WE can't even hold a session long enough to pull up your accounts, so please don't post a ticket, call or fax on this as we can't get anything done for you on this anyway. Once we re-establish control of the software, we'll get all the missing upgrades taken care of, then we'll move on to other issues. Obviously payouts will be delayed until suck time that we gain access to the admin section. Please do not worry folks, all this will be handled, your account and your purchases are safe and you'll be able to get back to work soon. We just invested nearly $100,000.00 to ensure just that - we'll get back online as soon as possible, believe me we want everything to be working correctly as well. We're closing in on the finals fixes to get us up and running again, we expect at this point to be back online by Midnight Server time tonight. We're very pleased with the speed of the new servers and we're looking forward to making even more corrections to the code to decrease the errors and improve the performance. Once again, we are calling it a go for 12:00AM Server time tonight. You may still see some session issues as we continue to investigate, but more often than not if you simply reload the page once or twice your sessions will catch and you'll be logged in again. These type of scripts were never designed to be used in such a complex environment and with 3 web servers actually serving up content the sessions have a hard time keeping up with your position in the server pool. For all of you who have been patient, we certainly appreciate it, if you've been with us for a while you know we have a proven track record of keeping our promises, and this move is no exception. We've spared no expense in this move to RackSpace and it shows in the lightning speed in which you can now move in and out of the software. For those of you who have filed claims after we've contacted everyone numerous times to keep you apprised of the status of the move, well let's just say that the future with us doesn't look as bright for you as it could've been. We've pulled ALL pending cashout requests and balanced them and they are ready to be paid. We'll get those out to you just as soon as we get back live and things are back on track. Our next step is to get all missing upgrades added into the system so that we can go live and we'll be doing that over the next few hours. If you have an upgrade that didn't post, make sure you open a support ticket to the billing dept, make sure you include your receipt from StormPay and we'll get it entered. WE WILL NOT PROCESS ANY SUPPORT TICKETS ABOUT OTHER ISSUES UNTIL WE GET THE SYSTEM BACK ONLINE! So please don't waste your time or ours by posting one, wait till we're live and running at full speed then you can feel free to contact us about referral issues or what have you. Folks the forum is beyond repair and will need to be deleted. It sucks cause we had some really good posts in there, but alas - it's FUBAR! We're going to be creating a NSM Portal where you can manage your entire account and keep track of all your NSM businesses all in one spot, post news, there will be a forum and so on. So stand by for that in the next week or so. Until then we'll be posting news directly on the support news section so you can grab the latest news there (including this email) and we'll add a link or RSS feed where the current news is in the Control Panel.
