Default Feeder Fund

This one seems to have somewhat overlooked, yet doing a `search` I see that this program was being advertised here way back in early 2004. In fact I think the program started late 2003. Their site is now at .net having moved from .com recently.

From what I`ve read in this forum a few members have included Feeder Fund in their portfolio and seem very happy with it.

The minimum deposit is $50. A ref. code/name is needed to be able to join.

http://www.feederfund.net/

All in all then, this one certainly qualifies to be in this folder.

FF has just added a new program which has a 20% monthly interest and looks promising. This is going to be a nice addition to my portfolio for stability.

Interview with Matthew Calder, admin of Feeder Fund

The Interview is placed on hyip-navigator.com.
In that place you will be able fill else several interesting interviews with the known people HYIP-world.
Quote:
First of all, please introduce yourself.

My name is Matthew Calder. I am married, with 2 children.

You are admin of FeederFund, well known HYIP-Pool.Please, tell us the history of your Pool.
Why did you decided to open such Pool?

I had worked with a larger team of people to try and develop some
financial products that could be enormously beneficial to the average
small investor, but the structure was destroyed by deceit and greed
from within the team ( - a few rotten apples). This was an important lesson
for me and from that time on, I have kept extremely tight control on all
aspects of my businesses, to ensure they cannot be harmed or destroyed
by rogue forces, both internal and external.

We have been managing our own private fund for some years now and I
felt there was a good business opportunity to offer pooled funds into other
high performance investments. There was nobody at that time providing
such a service and even today there are less than a handful of pooled
investments available.

An expected benefit of providing this service was to discover programs
in which our larger private fund could also invest. Another appealing
aspect was the lower risk afforded by acting as the middle man. This is not a
total caveat however, and it is unlikely we would be successful if we
were not extremely careful in our selection of programs to associate with.

The bottom line is that we have to provide a value for money
proposition and I believe we do a good job at that. There is no cost to Membership
at the present time and the Member receives 75% of the net monthly income.
Of the remaining 25%, 10% is passed through a Referral system and we keep
15% as our service fee.

For our fee we provide a number of benefits including:

The opportunity to invest with less risk (lower minimums)
The flexibility of quick withdrawals - we keep at least $15,000 cash
reserves in a separate account for payment normally within 48 hours.
Substantial experience in Fund Management.
Extensive Research and Due Diligence in Associated Programs.
A close association with those Programs, which specifically allows us:
To be very informed as to the daily status of a program
If something is going wrong, to offer constructive advice and
If all else fails, a much better position than the average
investor to negotiate the best settlement terms.

What programs are listed in your Pool now?

There are 5 Associated Programs at the moment. New Programs will be
added and some existing Programs will become unavailable due to either a
limitation on new members and/or a limitation on new monies. We would
expect the number of associated programs to quietly grow to 10-20 over
time.

How do you choose programs for your pool? Do you
make special research or DD of programs that are listed in your Pool?

Our Due Diligence covers the basic elements of verifying performance
data and trading systems, the legal structure in which this trading takes
place and the checks and balances in place, if the organisation is of any
size, but the most important aspect of our due diligence is to assess the
character of the principals.

Regardless of legal agreements, there are some people who will operate
in a dishonest and unethical fashion, and if the jurisdiction is offshore,
then the cost of litigation is usually prohibitive. From our
experience, attempting to achieve justice through the courts is a non sequitur, and
if we were ever faced with this situation in the future, then we would
settle at the best negotiated terms or simply cut our losses.

With this downside in mind, the primary qualities we look for in the
principals of our Associated Programs is professionalism, integrity and
determination. We want to know that the chances of things going wrong
are slim, that they will act honourably if things don't go to plan and that
they will go the extra mile to ensure their success over the long term.

How many people work in your team?

At present there are 2 of us, but we am looking to recruit another
partner from either Panama or Vanuatu in the near future.

How many members does your Pool have?

Around 12,000 at this time.

What are your plans for the Future? Do you plan to
add some new programs to FeederFund Pool?

At some stage, we will close the Club to new Members. We have a large
membership and so far we have taken all and sundry. Most Members need
little help, but some have seriously extended our goodwill. We can say
for certain that spending 15 minutes pulling up database records to provide
proof to an indignant Member that his $2.50 of referral payment has, in
fact been credited to his account, is not something we will do for
ever. The most troublesome tend to be very small unsophisticated investors
with a good dose of attitude.

We would like to attract more sophisticated investors as Members and
over the next few years, we think the value of the Club Membership will
become apparent and therefore push up the overall quality.

FeederFund has been working since 2003. Some
programs of your pool were closed (such as ArbClub)
but you still show stable work. How do you make your
Pool stable?

We are looking for long term partnerships with professional money
managers and traders who have integrity. If we drop a program for anything other
than a limit being set for either new members or funds, then this will
indicate that we made a mistake in selecting this program in the first
place.

If we do make a mistake, as we did with ArbClub (the real risk level
was not disclosed and was simply too high for a compounding account), then
we are likely to consider shouldering some of the responsibility. With
ArbClub, we settled our account quickly at a small loss, but this
wasn't passed onto Members who retained their full profits. (41.5% over 6
months.)

What is your advice to novice investors?

Three things.

Maintain your integrity. 99% of all online programs are simply ponzis
which will run with your money at some point. Trying to find the bona fide
investment opportunities is not easy, but is very necessary for your long term
financial health. Try not to be swayed by promises of vast wealth in very short
time frames.

Dip your toes in. Many new bona fide investors wait a great deal of
time before committing themselves as they are afraid of making a mistake.
Making mistakes however is simply one of the inevitable but useful
consequences of gaining experience. When novices do make a commitment,
it is often with both feet but it would be better to test the waters
first, as many of their initial sorties will end up as learning experiences
rather than profitable experiences. Getting your education is fine, but
you want to make sure you are paying as low a price as possible for the
privilege.

Swim in a school to avoid the sharks. Try to join clubs, forums and
other groups who are there to help (and not just to promote). Ideally choose
places where there is a clear hierarchy and where experienced people
with integrity control the communication. Free speech is important, but the
voice of experience can often be difficult to discern in the heated
cross- fire of anarchic free-for-alls.

What do you think about our monitoring Hyip-navigator.com?

We are always very happy to see anyone try to find out the truth behind
a program and report it with integrity.

What is your life credo?

Four main rules:
1. Take responsibility for your life (No one else is to blame - What you
become is down to you)
2. Keep your word (Do what you say you are going to do)
3. Love thy neighbour (Respect all people regardless of race, religion or status)
4. Count your blessings - Daily! (Remind yourself how lucky you are. It
could be a whole lot worse - and it is for many people around the world).

Kind regards,
Matthew Calder,
for FeederFund SA.

Regards.

I personally like the FeederFund program, which explains why it is in my Top 3 List. Reading Matthew's responses, I can sense that he's got integrity. I just hope FeederFund lasts for some time, for the good of all its members (including me LOL~)

Yes, it does currently seem to be a good program, although I wouldn't hold my breath about sustainable 20% monthly returns.

Hi Witt, I already replied to your PM.

About FeederFund's new program offering 20% a month, I jumped to it mainly because of FF's recommendation. I know though that FF also made some mistakes as regards some of the programs it added but I'm just hoping that this new program will last until I get back my principal

Hi melody, sent you a PM. As regards to using it, you can click the "Private Messages" link under your username in the "Welcome" section at the top-left of the forum. From there, you can send and read PMs, I think that would be easy to do as the interface is user-friendly. Also, if you receive a new PM, a pop-up message will appear asking you whether to open it or not and whether you'd like to read it in the same page or another page.

Hope that helps.

i deem feeder-fund to be as reliable an online entity as you can find. the degree of "diversification" it offers under one umbrella is of interest, not requiring an overload of funds into any one entity thereunder, but diversified throughout a number within that umbrella.

i'd recommend it to anyone, realizing the history of online programs/businesses and/or entities, as one of the better by far.

lol, If FeederFund dies, it'll probably feel like losing the world trade center all over again... I'm sure most peoples probably would have diversified at the time, but...

Have extensive DD been done on FeederFund though?

That sounds problematic, isn't it ? Sure feederfund have shown good will so far, but greed can change peoples as mentioned somewhere else in this forum I believe, about another person....

I'm starting to be a bit wary of them...
